Summer Daze

Well back here in the midwest now and that means blueberries!

Headed up to Lake George last weekend and hit the jackpot!

It was a week after Blueberry fest but there were still berries to be had.The deer flies were crazy more so when the sun was out...mosquitos followed, you have to be prepared for that cuz the berries are worth it!

Turned a few of them into tarts which is always a treat for Jack.

A few days later we hit the patch of strawberries at Carters Red Wagon Farm.
They were at the end...so 1/2 price day...And eat all you want! We were with friends Audra Hill and her family.

Tristan here hit the full stage and needed to rest.

Lars is now here in MN and working with Jack.

We are in the process of getting all the application info in at Fort Lewis College back in Durango where he plans to attend and pedal for the Fort Lewis cycling team this fall. Would have been a bit easier to have this done in May but procrastination set in.

Summer busy scooping ice cream at Dorset house only 1 mile from our house we ae renting so very convenient.

Emma keeping as social as possible and Jack and Lars working.
